We aim to deliver high-quality training. This policy explains when refunds may be issued and when they may not.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
- A class was not delivered as promised
- You were charged twice for the same payment
- You request a refund within 3 days of payment AND you have not started the course
- A technical issue caused failure to access the course (verified by our team)
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- You already accessed course materials
- You attended at least one class
- You changed your mind after starting
- You failed to show up for physical/online class
- You provided the wrong information during registration
- You violate our Terms of Use
- You purchased a discounted or promo course
- Your reason is based on personal preference or financial difficulty
3. How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days
- The refund is returned through the same payment method used
- Bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted
